LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Area Manager. The applicant would be responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts, ensure profitability and renewal of assigned contracts through effective management and coordination of personnel, equipment, employee training and development.  Salary will be based on experience/education in the field.  Benefits include competitive pay, medical and dental benefits, 10 paid holidays, 401 K retirement program paid vacation and sick days for qualified individuals.  Job qualifications: Degree in Landscape or related field. 5 years supervisory experience, and a clean driving record. ESTIMATOR

Chantilly, Virginia

We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Estimator.  The applicant would be responsible for completing take–offs and developing landscape maintenance bids.  Other responsibilities include composing bid proposal letters, prepare client budgetary estimates, managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts, and offer recommendations and prepare proposals for clients through site evaluations.  Qualifications: Candidate must have extensive working knowledge of Commercial Landscape as well as general knowledge of trees, shrubs, irrigation and management practices.  Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.   

Experience: All candidates must possess a minimum of 5+ years experience in Landscape Construction Estimation as well as Installation Management. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
