The Sales Manager position will
be responsible for indentifying opportunities and
marketing landscape management to Commercial
property management companies and owners. This
includes assisting in estimating, creating and
presenting proposals, closing on business with new
customers, and maintaining long term
relationships. Other responsibilities include
managing sales staff and sales budget.
Qualification
requirements:

Excellent communication
skills, both written and oral
·
Excellent planning,
organizational, and facilitation skills
·
Ability to generate
customer solutions and proposals
·
Minimum of 5-7 years of
prior sales and leadership experience of the
commercial service industry and the local
landscape market.
